E+H變送器一(yi)般分為熱電阻和熱電偶(ou)型(xing)兩種類型(xing)。
熱電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)變送(song)器是由基準單元(yuan)(yuan)、R/V轉(zhuan)換單元(yuan)(yuan)、線性電(dian)路、反接保護、限流保護、V/I轉(zhuan)換單元(yuan)(yuan)等(deng)組成。測(ce)溫(wen)(wen)熱電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)信號轉(zhuan)換放大后(hou),再由線性電(dian)路對(dui)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)與(yu)電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)的(de)(de)非線性關系(xi)進(jin)行(xing)補償(chang),經V/I轉(zhuan)換電(dian)路后(hou)輸出一個與(yu)被測(ce)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)成線性關系(xi)的(de)(de)4~20mA的(de)(de)恒流信號。
熱(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)偶溫(wen)度(du)變送器一般由(you)基準(zhun)源、冷端補(bu)償(chang)、放(fang)大(da)單(dan)元(yuan)、線性化處理、V/I轉換、斷(duan)偶處理、反接保(bao)護(hu)、限流(liu)保(bao)護(hu)等電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)單(dan)元(yuan)組成。它是將熱(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)偶產(chan)生的熱(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)勢經冷端補(bu)償(chang)放(fang)大(da)后,再帽由(you)線性電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)消除熱(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)勢與溫(wen)度(du)的非(fei)線性誤差,后放(fang)大(da)轉換為4~20mA電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)輸(shu)出信號(hao)。為防止熱(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)偶測(ce)量中由(you)于電(dian)(dian)(dian)偶斷(duan)絲而使控溫(wen)失效(xiao)造成事故(gu),變送器中還設有斷(duan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)。當熱(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)偶斷(duan)絲或接解(jie)不良時,變送器會輸(shu)出大(da)值(28mA)以(yi)使儀(yi)表切斷(duan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源。
